Q2 Update

Posted by Michael Cohen in News / June 15, 2016

Hey ThunderQuack fans. Welcome to our Q2 update. A bit of big news this quarter, as we add two new podcasts to our stable.

The first is The Sermon: A Preacher Podcast. This series will replace 8 Bits of Destiny in our currently airing series, so it doesn’t even need to be unlocked on Patreon! The show is hosted by Casey White (of 8 Bits of Destiny, Shogun Gamer, and Hypesicle fame) and JJ Webb, who is new to our network, but no rookie podcaster. They cover the AMC series Preacher, based off the comic book of the same name.

The second new podcast is The Riverdale Gang Podcast, featuring TQN newcomers, Anne Honeycutt and Tia Jeannette. Their show focuses on the upcoming CW series, Riverdale, but I’m sure it will be full of other Archie Comics based diversions along the way. Anne and Tia are full of energy and excited to get started, but we’re still working our way up to unlocking this podcast on Patreon, so if you’re an Archie fan, considering pledging (or increasing your pledge) today!

Irregularly Scheduled with Michael J. Cohen

And last but not least, the first episode of Irregularly Scheduled has been released. In it, myself and Amanda Konkin (from Quiver: The Green Arrow Podcast) discuss some aspects of the first three Harry Potter books. This is the first of a multi-part series on Harry Potter, so tune in and enjoy.

We’ve had a pretty incredible first half of 2016, and the rest of the year promises to be even more exciting. We’ve got some cool roundtables planned, and plenty to talk about on our exclusive ThunderQuack podcast (for Patreon supporters at the $10 level and above), so stay tuned to all your favorite ThunderQuack channels for some awesome new content coming your way. And as always, thank you to all of our supporters over on Patreon.
